Orders & Availability

All menu items, products, services and event availabillty are subject to change and availability, Orders are not considered complete until they have been successfully submitted and payment has been processed when payment is required.

Weekly Meal Orders

Weekly menu orders must be placed by the posted ordering desdline. Pickup and delivery options, dates and availability are shown during ordering and may vary from week to week.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery and contact information. Delivery is avilable only within designated service areas.. My Chef Steph, LLC is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect information or an unavailable recipient.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Because our food is prepared specifically for scheduled orders and events, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the tyle of order or service and the amount of notice provided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requests:

Please provide allergy or dietary information when ordering. We make resonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs when possible; however, our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cooking Classes, Soulful Suppers & Events:

Reservations for classes, dinners, catering and other events may be subject to separate booking, cancellation, deposit or payment terms communicated at the time of reservation.
